Complete this basic driver improvement course (BDI) for traffic ticket dismissal,court-ordered traffic school, or DHSMV-ordered traffic collision avoidance course (TCAC). You may only complete this course once every 12 months, and no more than 5 times. This 4-hour course is approved by the state of Florida.
The 8-hour course is offered to Florida drivers who have already taken the 4-hour course within the last 12 months. If the court or a judge has ordered you to take a traffic class, then you are eligible to take the Florida 8 Hour Court Ordered course. Please check with your Court, to verify if they permit an 8-hour course option for a second offense within a 12 month period. This 8-hour course is approved by the state of Florida.
Complete this course if you have had your license suspended or revoked in Florida and are required to complete an advance driver improvement course for reinstatement.
